Why Pre-Order


 The pre-order item is an item which you have the chance to purchase in preview from the new collection or a limited edition. It means that the item is still in production when ordered and not immediately available in our warehouse.

Once you run checkout it is important to verify if the product is in pre-order or not.


Why pre-order?


1. The benefit of purchasing pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online.


2. Enjoy 5% off (Price shown is after less in Pre-Order Collection) from the normal price after it become available as ready stock on the website. We are able to lower our price because we are not keeping any extra stocks in our inventory and we save some from the running cost.


Duration & FAQ


1. It takes around 3-5 working days for us to received the stocks from Vietnam and we will send it out on the next working day. Please be informed that there will be an interval for pre order. We will send our finalised pre order list to our supplier in Vietnam every week on Tuesday. Therefore we will start to ship out on the following Monday.


2. For combine order with ready stock items and pre order, we will ship it out together with the pre order items. For special request such as separate delivery, please contact us through email, Wechat or WhatsApp. Additional charges will be applied for such request.


3. Any pre order items which out of stock from our supplier, we will notify our customers and proceed the refund on the same day. We regret for the inconvenience caused in this situation.


4. You will then need to follow the check-out process as normal and pay for the item. As soon as the item is available we will send it out.


5. If you have changed your mind about the product purchased in pre-order, you can easily cancel the item from your order by contacting our Customer Care via [email protected] or (+60) 1165639091. Pre-orders may be cancelled within two hours from the purchase. From that moment onwards, it won't be possible.

6. It will be possible to change the sizes of the items included in the order provided availability of the sizes and, of course, before receiving the confirmation email. From this moment on, it won't be possible to apply modifications. Anyway, modifications are not guaranteed and it won't be possible to change items included in the order.


7. For refund that involved in the previous transaction with rebates and E-Voucher promotions, store credit will be issued as refund for the customer. For example: A customer bought 3 items and received an E-Voucher during the promotion sales but he got refunded for 1 of the item because of out of stock. Therefore he will be issued store credit for the value of the out of stock item and also he is able to keep the E-Voucher gift earlier. For more infomation, please contact us.
